These Terms & Conditions set out the rules and guidelines for using our website (vmcar.com.vn) and booking our travel services, including private car transfers, package tours, daily excursions, car rentals, and hotel bookings. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation. By booking our services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Important Notice
When you make a booking online, send us a booking request by email or phone, or pay a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Policies, Terms and Conditions.
A binding contract between the customer and VM Car is established once we receive your booking request, confirm availability in writing, and receive the required deposit or full payment. The lead traveler who makes or submits the booking confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members of the group.
All prices displayed on our website or provided in customized proposals are quoted in USD or VND. Prices may change without prior notice until the booking is officially confirmed and the required deposit has been received.
Once your booking has been confirmed and the deposit received, VM Car guarantees that the agreed trip price will remain unchanged, except in cases involving changes to government taxes, mandatory increases in entrance fees, or significant currency fluctuations beyond our control.
Inclusions & Exclusions: The specific inclusions, such as meals, guides, entrance fees, and transportation, as well as exclusions, including international flights, personal expenses, tips, and travel insurance, will be clearly stated in each tour itinerary and booking confirmation voucher.
For all services, a 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid at the beginning of your trip.
Alternatively, you can pay 100% of the total amount on the day of travel.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is received by the specified due date. If payment is not received on time, the booking may be automatically cancelled without prior notice. Any applicable cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel your booking, please submit a written cancellation request to VM Car via Email or WhatsApp. Any applicable cancellation fees will be calculated based on the date we receive your written cancellation notice:

Please note: Non-refundable service components such as issued domestic flight tickets, train tickets, peak-season hotel deposits, or cruise penalties will be deducted regardless of cancellation timing.
If circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure) occur—including natural disasters, severe weather, typhoons, flooding, government-imposed travel restrictions, political instability, or epidemics—VM Car may adjust the itinerary or cancel the tour when necessary to ensure your safety.
In these circumstances, VM Car will provide the option to reschedule the tour to another date, choose a suitable alternative tour of equal value, or receive a refund of the amount paid, less any non-refundable costs already incurred for tickets, permits, or other services.
Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, personal liability, and lost baggage is highly recommended. As an inbound tour operator, VM Car does not provide travel insurance directly.
Health & Fitness: Each traveler is responsible for assessing whether they are physically fit for their selected itinerary. Please inform VM Car in advance of any pre-existing medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements that may affect your trip.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from their return date, along with all necessary entry and transit visas and required health vaccinations for Vietnam and any neighboring countries they plan to visit. VM Car cannot be held responsible for entry delays, denied entry, or deportation caused by incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
During the tour, travelers agree to abide by local laws, environmental regulations, cultural customs, and instructions given by VM Travel guides. VM Travel reserves the right to terminate tour participation for any customer whose behavior causes severe disruption, illegal activity, or danger to others without refund.
If any issue arises during your trip, please notify your tour guide or contact VM Travel’s support team immediately at +84 975 952 918, allowing us to address the matter as quickly as possible. Any complaint that cannot be resolved during the trip must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the trip’s completion. All legal disputes shall be subject exclusively to the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
All materials available on vmcar.com.vn, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of VM Car and are protected by applicable international copyright laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or redistribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

Your information is used to process bookings, arrange transportation, provide customer support, process payments, and improve our services.
