- The above price does not include the pick-up fee inside the port, which is paid directly to the port management. The pick-up fee outside the port gate is included; simply walk outside the gate if you choose this option. The inside port pick-up fee is $25 per person, and you will be met as soon as you disembark, with a sign displaying your name.
- An English-speaking driver, or a driver with basic English skills, will be provided depending on your itinerary.
- Baby seats are available upon request.
- You may choose your preferred departure time, though we recommend starting early to make the most of your sightseeing experience.

Vietnam shore excursions offers different types of cars depending on the number of passengers, baggage, and route that will bring you the perfect travel experience (safe, comfortable, and convenient) during your stay in Vietnam.
SEDAN (maximum 3 persons): Toyota Vios, Hyundai Accent.
SUV (maximum 5 persons): Toyota Innova, Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Veloz.
VAN (maximum 12 passengers): Ford Transit, Mercedes Benz Sprinter.
The booking confirmation email also includes information about the pick-up location, time, and date of your trip. We will be waiting for you with a welcome board displaying your name. If you are still unable to reach the driver or tour guide, you can contact our support team at any time via phone or email.
You will receive a full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least 3 days before departure for the internal pick-up option, or at least 1 day before departure for the external pick-up option. After this period, your deposit will be forfeited, as we will have already completed all the necessary arrangements for your pick-up.
If the ship is unable to dock due to weather conditions or schedule changes, you will also receive a full refund of your deposit.
In the case of a deposit refund, a small transfer fee will apply in accordance with bank regulations.
We accept the payment method below (you must deposit at least $30):
- Paypal (pay extra 4% for transaction fee).
- Credit card at our office (pay extra 4% for banking fee): we have two offices in Hue or Hoi An, so you can pay where you feel the most convenient.
- Cash at our office or to the driver.
