Detail Itinerary Hue Cooking Class Tour
08:30 AM: We will pick you up from your hotel in central Hue City by cyclo, a traditional three-wheeled bicycle taxi, offering you a leisurely ride through the charming streets of Hue.
Our first stop is Dong Ba Market, the largest and most vibrant market in the city. Here, you will have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of fresh ingredients, spices, and local specialties while experiencing the daily life of Hue’s residents. Our guide will assist you in selecting the best ingredients needed for the cooking class.
10:00 AM: Arrive at the cooking class, where you will be guided by Madam Thu’s chef to prepare traditional Hue dishes. Under expert instruction, you will learn the secrets of local recipes and cooking techniques.
The dishes taught in the class:
- Hue Beef Noodle Soup.
- Hue Steamed Flat Rice Cake.
- Fried Spring Rolls.
After the cooking session, you will enjoy the delicious dishes you have prepared and and the dishes have been prepared by the chef while receiving feedback from the chef. The chef has also prepared some dishes for you to enjoy.
