I used VM Car twice. First, I arranged for driver from Hoi An to My Son sanctuary back Hoi An after going through many options using the Whatsapp. Communication was very easy and fast. However, the day before that ride, I and my friend booked a train to Hue. The train was delayed and we were already cutting time close. I contacted VM Car to see if they had availability immediately. My partner and I took this option to go from Hoi An to My Son to get a tour and transport all in one go. Such a good idea!! Our Tour guide was very knowledgeable, hilarious and accommodating – enjoyed every conversation with him thoroughly. He took lots of photos of us on him phone and sent them as soon as the tour finished and got us a drink of sugar cane juice because ‘you just have to try it!’. The driver Vu was nice and careful on the roads, made us feel very safe.
