Booked service Hue airport transfer very easy via the chat app on their website. They offered the reasonable rate. All the terms are on the website, all exactly as promised and no hidden charges. When we arrived at Hue airport (delayed by more than an hour) Nick (our driver) was waiting with a welcome board, helped with the luggage and drove us comfy to the hotel in Hue city. We were with 7 members, so we used the 16 seat car. Can highly recommend the service of VM car company.
A big thank you to the manager Vinh Phan and the driver Bao Le for offering us the superb transport service from the Hotel Elegant Hue to the Hue Airport. Both of them are polite and friendly. We booked for transport to the Phu Bai Hue Airport at 11:30 pm a day before, and called at 9:30 am on the departure day to request for an earlier pick up at 10:30 am instead. Mr Vinh was very kind and immediately made the readjustment. Driver Bao arrived 15 minutes earlier and waited for us endurance. The 4 seats car in white looks new, and is just good for 3 of us. I would highly recommend their service to all travellers like us =)
We used VM Car twice during our recent trip, first as a pickup from the airport and the second as a transfer from Hue to Hoi An town. For the Hue airport transfer I emailed just before we left our old location and although not being able to confirm as we were on the road we were met at the airport by a well dressed and very professional driver. For our transfer to Hoi An the lovely Anthony Mai picked us up accurate on time and was very relaxed and helpful. We stopped just before Danang for a drink break and he shared some local dish with us. Also wonderful to have the guide/translator skills as he was able to paraphrase many things in the passing areas for us.
