The Danang International Fireworks Festival was first held in 2008. In these early years, there were only 4 teams participating, divided into 3 nights of festival and Da Nang City was the organizer. However, in this year, this festival will have 7 teams from 8 country will participating incluing Vietnam Teams. During each competition night, teams will have 20 minutes to perform fireworks displays based on the theme of each night as agreed by the Organizing Committee.

This year theme of festival conveys the message of a world of peace, friendship, humanity and honors values that inspire the community. With this theme of this year festival, DIFF 2024 will aim for the message of a peaceful, fair, harmonious and humane society. Additionally, DIFF 2024 also marks 12 years of organization. This festival also achieved great success and was loved by friends all over the world.

When and where will Da Nang International Fireworks Festival 2024 take place

DIFF 2024 will have 5 nights of competition, including 4 qualifying nights and a final night. The opening night is scheduled to take place on the evening of June 8, then fireworks will be held 8pm every Saturday night in the following weeks (with a week off before the end of the final night).
